✅Uzbekistan Laser rice is quite soft, starchy, but with a long, airship-shaped grain. Even if this rice does not increase in size during cooking, like some other varieties, however, it does not crumble. Its stickiness is quite moderate. The LASER is grown in Khorezm. It is very tasty and behaves quite decently when trying to cook pilaf from it. This rice is also good for Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent festive pilaf, not to mention Khorezm pilaf.
