Honey Pancakes Recipe

American pancakes are puffy, porous, with a beautiful thin brown crust on top.

The recipe can be easily adjusted if one wishes to reduce calories content by replacing the ingredients or decreasing the amount of sugar and fat. Pancakes are the favorite breakfast of many of us! Below is a recipe of a healthier version of pancakes.

Place a dry, clean pan (preferably with a non-stick coating) on a medium-low heat. In the meantime, mix all the dried ingredients and all the liquids in a separate saucepan (whisk the egg and milk into a foam, add honey). When the frying pan warms up well enough, combine the dried and liquid ingredients. Immediately place a spoonful of batter on the pan. Do not pour too much dough at a time, the pancakes increase well in size. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Turn over when there are bubbles on the surface of the raw dough.


  • One egg
  • 120 ml of soy milk
  • 40 g of raw honey
  • 80 g of gluten
  • free flour
  • 50 g of cornflour
  • 1 tsp. of gluten
  • free baking powder
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
